2. Shipping Carriers & Order Processing

We partner with USPS, DHL, EMS, and select local postal services to deliver your order. All orders enter our fulfillment queue as soon as payment is confirmed.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) on a business day will enter processing that same afternoon. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. Post Office holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding the following federal holidays:
    • New Year’s Day (January 1)
    • Presidents’ Day (third Monday in February)
    • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
    • Independence Day (July 4)
    • Labor Day (first Monday in September)
    • Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
    • Christmas Day (December 25)

3. Estimated Time of Arrival

Your delivery time combines handling (our internal processing) and carrier transit. Because transit is managed by third parties, actual arrival may vary.

Note:

  • Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.
  • Processing for personalized or customized items may take longer; we’ll notify you if additional design time is required.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, internationally, or to APO/FPO addresses.

4. Order Tracking

  1. Order Confirmation: Immediately after purchase.
  2. Processing Notice & Tracking Link: Within 1–2 business days.
  3. Carrier Scan Delay: Please allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your parcel. If tracking remains unavailable after this period, it means your package is en route but hasn’t been scanned yet.

5. Address Accuracy & Returns

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses can lead to:

  • Delays while we contact you for corrections
  • Packages returned to sender and ultimately disposed of by our carriers

Important:

  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply to re-ship.
  • We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse.
