2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, get in touch through our Contact Us page within 180 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Name on the original order
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue you’re experiencing
  • Photos showing any damage or defects
  • Whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund

We aren’t liable for customer mistakes (typos in your address, image quality issues, etc.), so double-check your order before completing checkout.


3. Return Policy Details

  • Eligibility: Non-sale items only, returned within 180 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached, and accompanied by your original receipt.

4. Returns Shipping

We cover the cost of returns for damaged or defective products. For all other valid returns, the fee is:

5. Returns Procedure

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with our warehouse address. Then:

  1. Pack Your Items: Include a printout of your order confirmation.
  2. Ship It Back: Use your preferred courier or post office, and send us the tracking number.
  3. Confirmation & Refund: When we receive your package, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund or exchange is approved.
